Our standard fee is S$ 1,000 to start a basic company. The fee pays for the following
– government fees of $ 315 (a value of S$ 315)
– our service fee for starting the company (a value of S$ 300)
– our first year appointment as your Company Secretary and to take care of your company’s 1st AGM and annual return filing, all of which are required under Singapore rules (a value of S$ 600)
A company started by a foreigner must engage a local person to act as a director. It also needs to have a local address.
All foreigners who want to earn income via a Singapore company, in Singapore, must apply for a working visa separately through the Ministry of Manpower. Contact us and we can advise you further.
